Gilchesters Organics is a family run business. On their organic farm just a few miles of Hadrian’s Wall they grow heritage grains and offer a great range of stone-ground flours for bread making. A range of award-winning savoury Spelt biscuits to compliment cheese, pates and smoked fish are also available.
